Just as over the counter and prescription medications have various milligrams, so does Paradise Valley Products CBD. What works for your friend, may not work for you! But as a general guideline, more is not always better when beginning CBD. If you search CBD dosage on the internet, it is confusing at best.

The best way to find your “sweet spot”, no matter the milligrams of Paradise Valley CBD, is to start with ¼ dropper. After a few days, increase that to ½ dropper per day. Some people take half in the morning and half in the evening. If ½ dropper per day is not relieving your ailment, perhaps increase by another ¼ dropper. At that point, it is best to order a higher milligram once your finish the bottle.
